Junior Jupiter Mines has reported a solid fourth quarter for the period ending February, with the company’s Tshipi Borwa manganese mine, in South Africa, producing 891 256 t of ore.

China exported 61110.86 tons of silicon in January, 2021, up 7.3% than the previous month.

China exported 51137.667 tons of silicon in February, 2021, down 16.32% than the previous month.

China exported 112248.527 tons of silicon in Janyary-February, 2021, up 18.37% than the previous month.

Among them, 1081 tons were exported to Korea, accounting for 53.37% and 281.48 tons were exported to Japan, accounting for 13.90%.

Among them, 842 tons were exported to Korea, accounting for 50.83% and 365 tons were exported to Japan, accounting for 22.03%.

China's ferrosilicon (≤55%) exports in Jan-Feb 2021 up 23.23%.

In January 2021, Japan imported 512 tons of ferrosilicon (containing by weight ≤ 55% of silicon).
