General Moly Have to Reapply for Mount Hope Water Permits

General Moly Inc. will have to reapply for the state water permits for its Mount Hope molybdenum project in Eureka County, Nev., following a ruling by a Nevada District Court.
 
While General Moly said it was disappointed with the court's decision to overturn its state permits, it doesn't expect the move to affect its timeline for the project.
