[Ferro-Alloys.com] recently, manganese residual market in China Kept flat. In Shanxi, reducing output brought about some positive cushion on sale partly because of APEC influence last month. In Hunan, higher cost led to declining operation rates for manganese residual factories, and limit spot resource allowed producers to hold price firm temporarily.

As a whole, given slowing growth economy, it is estimated that price for manganese residual would be hard to pick up in near future.
