According to statistics released on Tuesday showed that China's steel output has dropped by 2.3% year on year to 803.83 million tons, down by 5.2% month on month to 64.37 million tons. China's steel production fell for the first time since 1991.
	Due to steel prices continue to fall and weak market demand, most of steel makers are struggling to maintain current business with overcapacity issue.
	Meanwhile, Citigroup estimates that steel production in 2016 are projected to shrink to 2.6%.
