U.S. ITC Decides Not to Impose AD Duty on Australian SiMn

[Fellow][Ferro-Alloys.com]At the end of last week, U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) announced its final decision that the result of the antidumping (AD) investigation turned out to be not guilty.
 
[Ferro-Alloys.com]At the end of last week, U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) announced its final decision that the result of the antidumping (AD) investigation turned out to be not guilty. Albeit the announcement of the final decision on this case was put off very often, AD duty which was supposed to be 12% has been decided not to be imposed.
 
As for this matter, U.S. Department of Commerce (DOC) made a final decision last month to impose AD duty on Australian silico manganese because of this product being sold at a lower price than the market price in the U.S.
