Latin America iron and Steel Institute (Alacero) statistics showed, in the first eleven months of 2015, Latin America imported 7.6 million tons of finished steel from China, an increase of 2% year on year.

Meanwhile, Chinese finished steel exports amounted to 92.8 million tones, an increase of 23%, especially for Latin America accounted of 8.2% of the total amounted.
