Brazil Court has found that vale has violated of environmental protection, decided to temporary suspend Vale and ArcelorMittal’s Brazil Baron company port 1, Terminal 2 (iron ore), and TPM (coal), TPD3NTPD4 (grains and fertilizers). It is expected to affect weekly volume shipped about 1.18 million tons of iron pore.
