[Ferro-Alloys.com]IIt is reported that Japanese nickel-containing stainless steel scrap purchasing prices has dropped below to ¥100,000/ton in middle January, down by ¥5,000/ton compared to early January. 
	The main reasons for prices to drop are including the actual consumption of stainless steel scrap is not too much. The second reason is the price of nickel continued to downward trend. The third reason is the contact prices of high-carbon ferrochrome are likely to fall further. The last reason is appreciation of the yen will affect the export activities.
